Not sure what type of hospitality you are in, but you could try corporate event marketing, lots of great opportunities with marketing and events now that live events are back.
I studied hospitality management, moved into hotel sales, then event management, then analytics for an engagement marketing firm who does events and incentive programs. Highly recommend pinpointing if there are any aspects of your job you enjoy (for me, it was post event analysis and client presentations). Then see if you can land a role doing something familiar, but not burn yourself out.
I transitioned to HR, recruiting first. There are Aldo lots of companies hiring people to manage events and culture.
I have been in hospitality and retail most of my life. I am right there with you in needing a change. It's tough, I have been applying at various jobs for weeks and no nibbles. Hang in there.
