Hi guys,
Could you please tell me which company to join? Considering wlb and learning opportunities as I'm still a fresher. I have recieved offers from tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Brillio, temenos and accolite. Which is better to join for 1.5 years of experience, considering new learning opportunities and wlb. Accolite is paying 100% more than Deloitte.
Accolite Digital Deloitte USI Brillio Temenos AG Deloitte
PS:please state the reasons for the same thanks.
after successfull/good jpmc software engineer interview , jpmc recruiter says they are waiting on requisition that they will allocate for me .. does that mean they are preparing my offer ?.. I haven’t had any verbal offer discussions yet .. just that after interviews recruiter mentioned interview feedback was good and they are considering for both 602 and 603 ( but I said I’m only interested in 603)

Hi ! Who’s at 3% in person in Atlanta this week!
The senior associates are busy as they are in contact with direct clients. I’m not sure if I’m the issue here as in not beign able to show that i can handle it or is it just because ive been so used to a fast paced environment. I am currently very unmotivated
Hi OP - thank you for expressing your concerns here. I don’t know your account specifics but my advice would be to take and add to the knowledge you have of the client, and think about how you can take the initiative proactively. This will help your visibility, give you valuable deeper knowledge of the client, and demonstrate your skills: a quick Google search to see what news or announcements the client and its competitors are issuing. Do you see a gap where the client could be taking a stand or sharing info or experiences that they are not? Be a sleuth on Linked in to see what the company execs are out there saying. Did you learn something new you can FYI your team on? Also ask your seniors to connect you to resources within the agency that enable you to learn from the best case studies. This can serve as inspiration for new ideas. If you have downtime at the moment, explore best in class work that your clients competitors are doing. Fill that knowledge bank! You’ll be amazed at how it can trigger ideas that you can bring to the table. Thinking time is a gift: use it while you can! Don’t despair too much, because there will come a time when you will be so busy with your punch list you won’t have the luxury of time to do these things. Finally, on your internal calls, share any ideas you’ve gotten, or a competitive insight that the team might appreciate. You can also raise your hand to inquire if another account needs a couple of hours to help with something. DO raise your hand, and don’t allow yourself to be invisible. It is not easy coming into an agency under these conditions but I hope this helps. It is often typical for things to start out a little slower at the entry level. It will soon speed up!
SVP1 has excellent advice. Rely on yourself to push and learn more, rather than requiring it from the business.
Having a calm, steady paced work environment is not a bad thing, even if you think you thrive in high-paced agencies. It allows time for hobbies, self care, personal passions, and interests outside of work, which are all excellent things. What are your personal goals - run a marathon? Train. Play golf? Practice. Become a yoga instructor in your retirement? Get certified. Be an excellent home cook? Practice. Get your MBA? Study.
The world’s your oyster!
