Audit Partners — Do you see longterm profitability of audit in general? Is it going to be worth being a partner, financially, given the risk you take on, in 10-15 years? With audit bids increasingly being driven way down by competition, & lower level resources demanding (much) higher pay than it was historically, I’m not convinced the partner track is still as enticing as it was pre-Covid. Seems like the job market/higher staff pay alone has GOT to be taking a huge cut into partner pay.

Does anyone have any tips on finding their first project at Accenture after training? 2. EY GDS (Associate consultant) -8.5 Lpa fixed + 5%VP

Skillset : SAPUI5/Fiori Developer
Y.O.E : 2.7

I have already negotiated with Deloitte with EY offer and the above is what they offered me. should I go with Deloitte USI? Also is there anyone from this skillset from either of these 2?
