Has anyone received an offer letter from EXL (Inductis India Pvt Ltd) that was extremely restrictive and reading which felt like one is signing up for going to prison rather than get employment? No leave policy mentioned, hundreds of paragraphs of worst case scenarios, pathetic salary breakup, etc. ?

Does anyone have experience with Ben Glass’s “Great Legal Marketing” programs? https://greatlegalmarketing.com
I ordered a free “starter kit” from his company and received a decent-sized box with some books and audio CD’s. Haven’t listened to the CD’s yet, but the books aren’t bad, with plenty of practical advice.
Now he’s running a promotion where you can get two months of his basic-level course for just $19.95 to cover the cost of shipping. It seems that Ben is one of the better-regarded legal marketing “gurus” out there.

Definitely at least ask for an adjustment based on how much the cost of living has increased since your job began. Asking for a raise on top of that because you deserve one for performance and time is reasonable too. I think sometimes we worry that we're asking too much when really what we're asking is reasonable.
That definitely sounds low. I'd ask for a bump to at least $25.
It’s time to move on with your experience. Try for the hospital’s health information department. You can start around $25+.
We just got two living adjustments here in Florida. I make $23hr as a supervisor in a healthcare call center. Mind you supervisors were excluded from that adjustment so Two of my employees make more than me per hour and almost all are making what I’m making. I’m happy for them but sad we did not get anything.
