At the beginning of covid, my firm cut pay and made the decision to halt lock-step increases this year. Makes sense. They have not reversed this despite the firm hitting over the projected budgets. They are also hiring over 10 new associates to start this month and next. They are milking this covid shit right? Am I wrong for thinking they should take care of their current employees before bringing on new ones? I'm pissed and annoyed. Feel free to tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm on intermittent FMLA. When I come back, I'm moving to off shift. I was a dept lead and was led to believe I would continue in this role. My boss announced in a group meeting before I left that my supervisor role would be opened the day I come back. She said she "changed her mind". I discovered yesterday my position is on the internet already. I sent an email to my boss, and HR, asking if my pay had been decreased, no response. Can they post my job already? Can I call HR about my pay?

What is the responsibility of an OB hospitalist to advocate for or against sterilization (specifically tubal litigation) if any? I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

Have you ever been misdiagnosed by your doctor? I went to my primary doctor for pelvic pain and inflammation after sex. She swore I had an STI after a pelvic exam and she did a cervical swab to test. She treated me the same appointment before the test results came back. I got a shot 500 mg of ceftriaxone. And also some type of antibiotic pills. The tests came back negative. I never had an STI. I had a yeast infection :/ I was treated for the wrong thing

Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer?
