Take 3 deep breathes, seriously conscious breathing will support you! Play your favorite song and move that anxious energy! Then, make a list if you haven't already, and one step at a time check it off. If you don't have the capacity to get it done by the end of the day, email your supervisor, let them know what is complete and what is left to do and how long it will take you to complete those tasks, be honest and realistic, have a date you can complete it by or a solution to receive support in certain tasks to get it to completion. Being upfront as early as possible is important for your health and to communicate clear expectations!!

What should I do if I find out someone gets paid more than me? We work at the same company as contingent workers. We are both on a 6 month contract through two different contracting firms. I negotiated my salary and he did not, but he still makes 20% more than me. We were hired on the same day in the same position. I have a Masters and he has a Bachelors. My client wants both parties to list assets & liabilities as an exhibit to their prenup without values, but waive the right to know the actual valuation of those in the prenup itself. My initial thought is this is a terrible idea & would probably make the prenup easily voidable since a main requirement for a prenup is for both to understand the nature and value of the other’s assets.
