Honestly I would leave and return. If you like working at Deloitte you will get more money by taking your skills somewhere and then having 18-24 months experience in workday to come back into the practice at a higher level and salary
Lot of acronyms here. What’s RFA? And you’re trying to transition to data conversion or is DC something else?
When you say no headway, what’s the issue? Deloitte not letting you switch groups or get certified?

Ya I am sure they mean USDC or delivery center. It’s not easy to transfer from delivery center to core consulting because they are separate entities and are staffed for different skillsets. Different travel agreements and different comp.
What is RFA
Headwinds as in DC (Deloitte consulting) making it hard to transfer although the support is there between current leaders and other DC sponsors. Even though there are countless job postings for Workday Fins consulting, DC isn’t making it a priority to bring in internal talent. I even offered to take PTO for the certification!
RFA = Risk and Financial Advisory. My goal is to transfer into Core Consulting and fine with a title demotion but have proved my worth evidenced by high performance ratings, promotions and PPMD support. RFA controls work doesn’t “energize” me anymore.
