Hi all,
I just came to realise Deutsche Bank has a fixed rule of max 30 to 35 % hike on fixed component and remaining 10 to 15% variable i.e. total 50% max hike you can ask for no matter how good, skilled you are.
Is it true?

I've done those, make sure you're sitting somewhere with good lighting and try to be personable/friendly. Like the above said, it's really just standard interview questions so nothing crazy but something unnerving about it being one way can make you nervous!
I’ve heard the questions for those are mostly behavioral and that the number of questions you get asked varies.. anywhere from 3-5 is the average. Good luck!
I think there are practice programs you can use that mimic the whole process. I’ve never done one of those interviews personally though.
Can’t decide if this concept sounds better or worse than a regular video interview..
