Hi fishes,
I finished my B.E (CSE) this year. Working in TCS since 6 months on a CRM Project. CTC : 7LPA (I also had offer at Accenture for 6.5LPA)
- I know basics of many languages/ technologies : C, C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, Azure
- Basic level Problem Solving, DSA, OOP
I am a quick learner. I am currently learning DSA using C++ & Azure.
Can anyone in Hyderabad hire me for a better package at a company where I can work in development or Cloud Role?
Thanks
Some ppl say that you are less desirable to BigLaw firms the longer you're inhouse, but I have rarely met anyone inhouse wanting to return to a biglaw firm. Worth knowing but probably irrelevant.

Both.
I was on a secondment and once I saw the light I never wanted to step foot in a firm again, and so I didn’t, currently in house.
Yup. Worked hard on my secondment to make a good impression, but there was no position for me there at the time, went back to the firm for a bit but was interviewing for in house gigs the whole time, and finally the client reached out to offer me a position. Jumped on it and have happily been there for awhile now.

Salary raise potential...glacial in house compared to biglaw.
The money and also the type of training you get in-house is (for some) not as desirable. If you go in house early on in your career, you’re probably leaving some of that big law niche/expert knowledge on the table. In-house training tends to be more generalist.
When there's any training...
