I’m currently searching for a new role (I have been for quite a while now - almost a year) and I’m completely bummed. I don’t know where to look, what to do different or what’s going on. I’ve tried LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Fishbowl, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, internal referrals, literally everything that I know of and it’s been continuous rejection. Any advice on what I could do different? Are any of you guys hiring?

I just finished my 1st year in my role. I converted in this position after an internship. I’m not happy with my pay. I make 57k now but I’m a top performer. I work hard and I have great communication skills and am already training new hires. Is it worth looking elsewhere for a job if I only have 1yr experience? I have a project management cert but not a role in PM.

Other than trial and error and general experience, what have been your best resources for learning about industry rules and regulations and advising clients when they make requests outside of that?
All my clients have regulatory and legal experts in house, but I find that sometimes hierarchical politics and upper management can stop them from fully embracing that role. I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I'm 4 years into my career, currently I work at one of the largest public advisory firms writing research and taking advisory calls with CIOs/CFOs on strategy around IT Cost Optimization, IT/technology finance, benchmarking, budgeting etc. I enjoy the role but fear not being able to do much with this experience. I fear this due to the fact that I simply talk strategy and roadmaps with no technical experience of having ever done these activities myself.

I was called into HR because a coworker overheard a conversation between me and another colleague taking about cable/streaming shows that we watched or recorded. I mentioned that I recorded a few true-crime shows. My colleague jokingly said, "I hope I'm not on your hit-list!". I replied, "Not anymore." Have sent enthusiastic thank you emails to all three. Would sending a more in-depth addendum email to 2nd and 3rd interviewers to better answer missed questions be over eager?

Looking to get into photography and want to splurge on my first non phone / non point and shoot camera. I’m trying to decide between the Nikon Z50 and the Canon EOS RP. Hi, are there any Construction Project Managers/Owner’s Representatives out there? I’ve been one for 1.5 years, after being a Structural Engineer for 10 yrs. Study LinkedIn. Look at people who are where you want to be tomorrow. Check their profile. Go through many more of such. Then wisely navigate through the best approaches used and implement the same.
