I’ve got the opportunity to interview this Saturday in a new firm with a full partner panel of the founding partners who individually have 20+ years of experience (3 partners so a little daunting) Any tips on what to prepare for a general corporate/M&A practice interview? My present situation is a bit complicated because I’m with a great law firm, absolute rubbish partner with an almost 0 book (internal transfers are not an option). Interview prep tips would be welcome!

Recently, I got an offer from BCG Platinion, Nordic office and was wondering whether it is a good option. I asked their manager in Nordic office whether consultants at Platinion will be treated as second-class, he said that it was more frequently happening in Germany and much better in Nordic countries. They usually work with BCG classic together. As the team in Nordic countries is quite small and lack of consultants, he doesn't feel like being mistreated. Any insights on Plation in Nordics?
