I'm currently working in strategy at a brand consultancy, but I'm wondering if I'd be a better fit at an ad agency. What are some of the main differences between working at an agency vs. a consultancy?

Ad agency you actually make things.

Culture is more fun and creative at ad agencies. Creativity is the point full stop (regardless of what anyone says). I’ve worked at both.

Creatives.

Hi all,

Need your advice on a career move. I’m currently working in France as a Security Consultant (Freelance) and got offered a new role as a Security Architect. I used to act as an Architect before and it’s great. But basically I’m eager to stay in a position where I can really develop useful security skills. The role I’m currently doing in not that technical. But the company hiring me for the Architect one is firing a lot of people right now, earning less too.. what should I go to?

Maybe some perspective might be of use to me. I’m transitioning out of the service and I’ve positioned myself decently to be competitive in the market. I’ve got two offers from great companies. Biotech and Healthcare, both on the Human Capital Team as an Employee Relations Consultant. I have a graduate degree pursuing a Doctorate, LSSBB, ScrumMaster, SPHR, and PMI-ACP certified. I know this is personal and dependent, but what should I be considering as a commensurate salary?
