What are the vibes regarding FTI?
How do I launch an insurance agency?
Context: I just started a sales role 3 months ago State Farm. It’s my first time ever doing sales. Huge success so far, (nothing extravagant yet), but it’s only been 3 months. I’m currently selling 50+ policies a month.
I know sales isn’t everything it takes to start an Agency. Where should I try to pursue growth before starting an agency?
Follow Up Question: Is my boss hyping me up or is 50+ policies a month pretty good?

You got this OP!!! It is frustrating but will come. If you are struggling/stressed with hitting ovulation because of travel, remember that it is a medical need. You wouldn't think twice if you had to limit travel for treatments for your self/spouse/LO for a sickness. They would just need to accommodate your medical need. Since you can't conceive without being with your SO, those appointments are similarly medically needed. Project teams and demand don't need to know all the details just that you have some appts you need to go to and need to restrict travel
Traveling is the main issue. How can you arrange your travel schedule to your ovulation days!?! Need some encouragement ladies. :(
Go see a fertility specialist. They can work with you to figure out what (if anything) is hurting your chances of getting pregnant and come up with a plan. Im guessing PwC’s insurance plans cover a good amount of fertility treatments after you’ve been trying for a year. I wish I had gone sooner!
Also what PwC1 said, couple some professional help with some time off the road. Good luck!
I agree with D1 - go see an RE. After a year, especially if you aren’t super young and don’t want to wait any longer, I wouldn’t waste any more time tracking and hoping to time ovulation outside of your work travels. Good luck!
Completely agree with P1 - this is a medical need so don’t be afraid to take a week remote so you can be at home when you’re ovulating .
Lots of smart people here! I’m in a similar boat. Went to a specialist and learned we don’t just have bad luck, but actual reasons why we are having a hard time (even though we didn’t with kid 1). Now we have a plan and I’m feeling less discouraged. Good luck!
Agree with all the above. It took me 2-2.5 years to conceive baby #2 so my kids are 4.5 years apart. I did IVF and we (PwC) are lucky with good insurance coverage. All the fertility treatments are covered by insurance just like any other medical / doctor treatments, up to $25k lifetime max. Plus another $10k lifetime max for the medications.
If you do go the IVF route, there will be periods of time where you’ll need to go to the dr a lot (e.g., every other day), so you may need to try to get on a remote project or one that allows you to be home for a week here and there with minimal control of when it’ll happen exactly. You don’t need to tell your team WHY, but I would say it’s medical related so they understand you’re not just playing around
Good luck!!
I flew my SO to my project site for 2 nights during “prime time.” Kid #1 stayed with grandparents. If that’s not an option, I agree scheduling a vacation or a sick week might be in order!
After a year and a half, I would head to a fertility clinic to help with timing. It doesn’t have to be IVF! A medicated IUI helped me have my son.
