I was fired after I reported a partner for a serious (criminal) ethics violation. The firm covered it up. Are all companies like this in the end? I’ve lost my trust and don’t know how to start over.

What happens with health insurance when you’re terminated? I just turned 26 and am currently still on my parents plan (ends end of this month). I know usually you can get on cobra but I’m not even enrolled in my current company’s insurance plan. I was placed on a PIP and feel I’ll prob be fired so would resigning be a better option? If I resigned I wouldn’t be able to apply for unemployment…

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!
