i’m doing some reflecting on my 2 year relationship and am realizing there are some non-negotiables that have not been met. e.g., admiration. what do i do? we come from similar backgrounds and my family loves him. i love him. but idk if i’ll ever be loved for me. is it worth trying to work it out if admiration/endearment isn’t in his personality? i am very big on appreciation and i don’t feel it.

Not consulting related but looking for advice- I just had (what I assume to be) an extremely painful lower back spasm that caused me to fall to the ground. Thankfully I wasn’t home alone when it happened and my partner was able to help me get to the couch and I’m now using a heating pad which is helping a little.
