Hey Mamas, my 3.5 yr old asks to use potty at home but doesn’t ask in school. Accidents happen in school on a weekly basis. From what I've heard TSG has a lot of travel opportunities, the bonus seems a lot larger but relies more heavily on hours put in. However, Embark has much better PTO and has moved to 40 hour weeks. Has anyone worked at both or have some more insight? Also, do you have to work 48 hour weeks at TSG?
