Ladies: should I keep the beard or shave it?

Am I overthinking this - had GCA and think I bombed got stuck in thought process but not too much solution. Had G&L already scheduled couple of days later and interview lasted for only 30 minutes but interviewer said that was good thing. I am thinking they just tipped him not too spend too much time on me? Is this possible?

A friend of mine who is a Product Manager in Google Ads claims he makes 1.75m$. Is that even possible? Graduated 9 years back and 8 years of Ads experience at Microsoft and Meta. Context: Achieved a 2.1 in a Finance degree from an average university. 2 years experience at EY across general business and tech (mostly dev roles) consulting projects. Coming to the end of a 6-month contract at Google as a Sales Data Analyst - no plans to extend, don’t want to be a data analyst anymore.

So this guy messages me off here from Oracle, originally he was messaging me to talk about my boyfriends position because he wanted to leave his job, mind you he’s only been there 6 months. He messages me and asks if I want a position with them, it’s a 6 figure position for 100k with 15k bonus and stock options. He’s telling me I need to wear pencil skirts and 4-5 inch heels and will be with him when meeting clients &getting drinks after. Helping him out with things he doesn’t want to do himself

I’m allowing myself to be jerked around by an agency because a) I really want to work there and b) I believe they’re not intentionally being disrespectful, they’re just *terrible* at this part.

Those of you who have been the over loving type to chase after narcissists....how did you break the cycle? At a small firm in DC, what would you expect the pay bump to be from associate to non equity partner? Or is too varied to be able to give a generalization?
