I challenge the idea that you’re eating too much fruit. If it’s saving you from eating cookies I would call it a win.
I don't actually eat any cookies or other dessert because they are too sweet 😥 I know it sounds weird but that level of sweetness just a bit too much
Are you drinking enough water? Drink a big glass of water when your sugar cravings come on.
I guess I'm not! I'm only drinking max 1L a day, think I only get enough liquid when I finish a whole watermelon on the day but that's not everyday. Thanks!
Try either TwoGood yogurt or Dannon Oikos yogurt. Both are super low in carbs and sugar.
Just remember, no one has ever gotten fat off of fruit!

Well this is something I never expected to read
Too much fruit- try no sugar flavoured water (the drops you can add to water)
Yogurt- go to natural, natural low sugar, then Greek (or just cut it all together).
What are your daily meals? Including all the excessive fruit?
I live in London, not a typical Brit (so no sugary tea or scones with jam) though. Our NHS is pretty useless in this aspect, I tried consult them and they just tell me don't worry I'm not unhealthy (compare to an average person in the country in terms of weight) and cannot give me any practical advice on good ways to make me crave less for fruit sugar
