Strategy/Mgmt doesn’t really love certifications, if you do get certs focus on the PMO focused ones. CAPM and CSM would be semi useful.

You need to get strategy experience at your current firm before talking to a recruiter. They aren’t there to help you make a career switch, they are looking for candidates that match up exactly with their openings

Depends on what you want to do. More technical? Functional?

CAPM for more PMO stuff... CSM for development work... Security+ or CISSP(A) for cyber...

Certifications are irrelevant in strategy consulting. I would stay away from PMO focused certifications as well

I am facing some issue with the background verification form( first advantage cspi).
I was filling up my education details in the form and by mistake I didn’t provide the full name of my college and saved the form.Now i am trying to edit it but it is getting reset to the incomplete name.
Did someone faced same issue.Any solution?

I went through the entire interviewing process for a position. The recruiter then asked for two references and my current address (little over a week ago/ a week after my final interview). I know that one of my two references was contacted and had a phone call (they spoke a day or two after they asked me for them). They spoke to that reference a week ago today (last monday) … And I still haven’t heard anything. It’s been a little over two weeks since my final interview. Is this a bad sign?
