I’m feeling like a lay-off is imminent for me. What are the telltale signs from those who have laid off employees or those who had to fire staff?

Most staff/sr assoc would make 80% of salary for the next 4 months if fired & yet firms are considering pay cuts.

Like at this point just fire me idk what kool aid some of you are drinking

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india.
