Maybe you are. What % of the company do your options represent? # of options is irrelevant. If you own close to 1% then you are well compensated if the company succeeds. You could also interview at a few other companies. It’s free. See what they would offer you. Also are you happy where you are? Do you like working there. Moving companies entails the possibility you won’t like the other job.
Also - Location is NJ Suburbs of NYC
Most seniors at SF in the NYC metro are around 170-200k (not eligible for RSUs) so I don’t think you’re too far off if at a much smaller company

With this base salary and location, I think you can easily move to a better paying job without much negotiation. You should be somewhere >140
