Hi everyone, I’m currently a CRAII in Australia, and considering moving to the UK for career progression. Unfortunately CROs don’t pay anywhere as good as Aus. Anyone have any areas/companies they have heard great things about/pay well? Was looking into consulting or management within big pharma - however my most recent applications haven’t passed first round (potentially as I’m not in the UK yet). Many thanks!!

Been offered a Sr. leadership position making significantly more money at a different company. I’m relatively new to this field, so I’m not sure I should take the leap. Also worth mentioning I do not get along with my current boss and my current role is newly created so they haven’t given much thought to what my career trajectory would look like .
