Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

I’ve watched very talented coworkers be pushed to their limit and leave or be forced out several times since I’ve been here. I don’t know if this is a problem at most places or just where I am, since I’m fairly new to advertising. Is every place this soul-sucking? Do I just have terrible bosses or is this the norm??

Just leave. Luckily you have a job, so you can look for one and get paid. You tried to make it work over the course of a year. Sometimes two puzzle pieces aren’t meant to match.
It’s unfortunately more common than it should be, but not totally hopeless. If you feel undervalued, you probably are. People leave bad bosses more than anything else, go find yourself someone to advocate for you (or at very least support your growth)
Whenever i've felt like that i've left the agency and it's always been the rigtht decision. Sometimes it's just time to go. Unless a big salary or incredible mentors make it worthwhile to stay, your mental health will be much better working somewhere that you know appreciates you.
Sorry for the cliche, but trust your gut. It could be you, it could be the place (and thus, people). Get some honest opinions from people you respect. Even if it's not what you want to hear - whatever that is.
Then make a call and do something about it. Whether it's stay and try something different internally, or move on. Good luck.

Leave!
