I’m finally comfortable at my company (hitting number and not so stressed ramping up) and I’m being recruited for a higher paying role at Stack Overflow. Everything sounds well and good but reviews on Glassdoor are not so good.

Should I stay where I’m comfortable for my own sanity? Or does anyone have inside intel on StackOverflow and what it’s like to work there?
