I’m from Tech consulting. For the current week I didn’t get any project allocation and when I reported to the manager they said work with your leads and get some tasks. When I asked the leads they are like we don’t have any task right now. This will result in charging admin hours for me. Will this impact anything if it continues? YOE: 1.3

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. However, I'm a little concerned about stepping on each other's toes and want to give input on how this model can most effectively function.
