I’m getting a bit tired of rotating between “hey all/folks/team”, what are some other gender neutral replacements for “hey guys”?

Any Jewish folks here? Need help addressing a Bat Mitzvah card. The invite says “Sarah is called to the Torah as a b’nei mitzvah”. According to Google, b’nei is the plural term for boys and girls. Want to avoid assigning gender to someone I don’t know and just saying Bat (vs Bar for men). What do I say in the card… congratulations as you celebrate your Bat Mitzvah? Bnei Mitzvah? Thanks!

I just found out from a friend (white male) who has several years less legal experience than me and zero litigation experience, who is coming from a clerkship, was offered my senior litigation position before me. I was essentially the third choice. I have been judged from DAY ONE for being female and promoting diversity (I am a lady of color). And for years I have won huge numbers of cases in cases that are the most complex at the firm. Contd.

Hi! Trying to sell a client on casting someone with a disability (that in no way affects or changes the story) in a film. Their concern is it will 'add an unnecessary layer'.
