I’m getting fat af. Have gone from 140 pds when starting full-time 3 years ago to 200 today. Bonus better be worth it.

Try intermittent fasting, drinking lots of water and getting in 8-10K steps a day. Do this during the work week at least, but do you on the weekends. I lost 50 pounds last year just changing when and what I ate.

Losing weight is always a function of what you eat. You can’t out run a bad diet (even more so with a desk job). I hope you’re exaggerating those numbers or have gained an incredible amount of muscle. Good health is literally the one thing you can’t buy

Great line. You can't outrun bad diet. Eat food, mostly plants, not too much. AVOID PURE SUGAR Need a sugar high, eat whole fruit, at least you get the fiber and the slower conversion.

All I keep thinking is the OP used pds rather than lbs

I gained 36 lbs my first year due to bad sleep, stress, and the dinner credits. On top of that I'm now losing my hair and have these permanent bags under my eyes. I was a college athlete too lol and when I saw my parents they said I look 35

I went from 145 to 165 senior year of college and halfway through year one we started a biggest loser challenge and so I started using my dinner budget for good rather than evil and went back to 145. And no, your bonus won’t be worth it cause no amount of money is worth your health
