85% is what you eat and 15% is exercise. I drop 30-40 pounds before any wedding I want to go to over 3-4 months. All diets work they are all just hard to sustain long term. I keep changing up my diets. I do regular blood tests and check in with my doctor so I know I am not doing anything unhealthy. Keto, juicing, etc. can’t guarantee where you lose weight from because the body does what it does and does it differently each time. I gain weight back because I don’t keep eating healthy and that’s on me.

You can’t spot reduce fat but if you have like zero muscle definition in your arms you can see results there if you focus on eating in deficit and doing body weight and hand weight exercises for your shoulders and triceps. Be prepared to look BIGGER around month 2ish (bc you now have muscle under your fat) and double down on your caloric restriction at that point. Remember this is a SLOW process — you will probably need the bulk of your 6 months depending on your goal —and you will not see results if you half ass it.
Check out Blogilates wedding arms, bridal bootcamp, and 21 days to toned series. Stick with it daily, no slacking.
Also read the obesity code, great book, recommend by my doctor.

The key is diet and consistency. I recommend looking at easy arm tone workout YouTube videos! Then once you get better bring on the weights / increase

I agree with this....don't start off with weights if u have never worked with weights before...lots of YouTube videos are out there that use body weight to tone. Try thats first

Start lifting weights and go heavy.

Lifting heavy does not make you bulk. You have to be in a caloric surplus in order to increase in size. Lifting heavy, with a decent amount of protein increases lean muscle mass, key word being lean.

I started doing yoga before my wedding. Because I traveled for work pre covid, I did a lot of body weight exercises. These are great for arms and core👇🏼
If you’re already active, could a good option to add to your existing workouts.
