I’m getting more muscle definition (arms, abs, legs) but my measurements stay the same. I eat healthy, record my diet and workout 3-4 times a week. What did I do wrong? 😭

You're probably not eating enough protein (try for 1.5g per lb) nor fiber (add more oatmeal into your diet).

So your losing body fat but showing no growth, means you need to eat more including taking in more carbs depending on your current diet.

I don't know for sure that this is an ADHD thing but does anyone else get really irritated by small things or have trouble regulating their emotions? Especially when you take a day off from medication? I feel like the smallest thing can piss me off, especially in the AM. Am I just not a morning person or this a symptom?

I’m 31yrs old and husband is 33yrs old, his motility and sperm count is too low, all my results are normal. so we decided to go with IUI first and see and then try for IVF as I cannot afford IVF, my insurance is not covering for treatments. I was taking letrozole And ovidural injection(only one injection), and got ready for this cycle, but unfortunately when the sperm was washed his motility 2.5 and our doctor at CCRM suggested not to go, as count is too low and it doesn’t work.😭. Will IVF work?

I’ve had back pain, either in lower back or sciatic nerve for the past 8 months. I got released from physical therapy around the holidays because I was making improvements and wasn’t in pain. However, since returning to work and working busy season hours it’s difficult to stay seated for most of the day. I bought a standing desk, but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? I need to make some serious changes as I’m 27 and should not have this much back pain so young 😢

I have to express my fears somewhere. I think I failed both my graduate classes (teaching math and the other was Climatology fundamentals). My fault I know, so much going on at work caused me to be to tired that I struggled staying awake to eat dinner! My fault I didn’t express this stress and missed a few assignments. And you know what else stress does- makes it hard to learn and retain. If our students feel that way…that explains many things. Prayers that I did well and don’t fail.

I started Zoloft almost 2 months ago. It’s helped with my anxiety and depression but I’m worried I’m feeling the emotional numbing/blunting. My husband recently joined Deloitte at Manager level. Filling out his compliance stuff he saw that Alight is a restricted broker, and Alight is who administers my 401k plan at my current employer. Restrictions at Deloitte apply to both the employee and the spouse.

I work out every day, typically between 30-70 minutes (sometimes even 2-a-days) mixing in cardio/weight training/hybrid and have been doing so for the past 3 years consistently. Additionally, I eat minimal/no gluten (sensitivity) and absolutely no dairy (allergy) yet can’t seem to lose weight. Granted, with my clothes on, I feel like I look fine, but feel as if something is missing. Any advice or am I being too hard on myself ?
