Guys, TCS has deducted around 650 rupees from my feb salary under the head health insurance premium, even though I haven’t opted for parents premium or upgraded my coverage. Has anyone here encountered the same scenario? Some say that they deduct tax for premium like that.. I am confused. Could you please throw some light in this matter? Tata consultancy sevices

I'm currently going through the interview process at Macquarie Group. I'm up for the final interview. The interviewers and hiring managers are nice but I'm wondering if anyone in the company could share detailed insights regarding the culture and pay in the COG as an analyst. I might also unvalued my salary expectations.
Hi All, I am currently in Wipro and have two offers in hand. One from Tata Consultancy and other from DXC Technology . Both are based in the UK. DXC is offering 6percent higher package than TCS. DXC is completely remote job and TCS is twice a week. I am confused which one to go with, haven't heard any experiences of people working DXC. Though the work in both the role is pretty much the same of a Senior back end engineer. Any suggestions experiences will be really helpful for me.
If I have 21 RSUs vesting may 21 but another job offer (not from a FAANG but from a Series D SaaS), could I ask new company to “buy out” my RSUs? They want me to start May 1 so I can go on a company trip end of May. What are options people have tried? I don’t want to stay at Amazon until May 23 because will miss the trip with my new company and not have any time off in between jobs (I’m burnout). Amazon
I’m looking for an opportunity that offers work life balance and remote. Preferably 24-30 hours a week so I can spend a couple of days a week with my kids while they’re little. I know this will be a pay cut, but I’m hoping someone can offer me guidance. I have a lot of customer service, inside sales, and training experience. I’d love a role in onboarding or a benefits specialist, but my degree is not HR related so it’s hard to find a place I can transition my career too. My work ethic is great!Google
