Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

When I was ready to start my first egg retrieval cycle, they found a large cyst on one side. I waited a month and it disappeared. Not sure if the size of the cyst makes a difference, or any other medical history, but it turned out to not be a big deal for me. Hope it’s the same for you!
Anecdotally, I’ve heard of a lot of cysts going away on their own over a few weeks or with hormones (eg birth control).
I had to do several weeks on birth control and that was enough to resolve my giant cyst.

I had to undergo a surgery. It all depends on its size, density, localization. The doctor may get you started on BC first though.
When I had a cyst at my baseline scan, the dr decided to drain it. He said we could postpone a month and get back on birth control, but I had it at my trial transfer and was on birth control to almost 3 weeks after and still had it. He did say most offices would require surgery or delay, but he was comfortable with “just sticking a needle in it” to drain it and moving forward with the cycle. It was painful, but worth it since I had a very successful cycle! Good luck!
Don’t be fooled into believing birth control pills will help fix this. Birth control is like putting a bandaid over a problem to hid it. It won’t fix anything to put artificial hormones into your body. Find a good doctor who will get to the root of the problem, not give you a temporary solution.
I have cysts and doc has decided to do egg retrieval first then surgery for cyst after. I'm storing my eggs...not implanting embryo yet.
