Im going on two straight months of exercising regularly for the first time in my life! It’s amazing how positively it affects my mood + how I feel about myself. Hoping to keep it up once work picks up

Dammmmmn. I hope I’m you in a month! I have exercised 18/20 days which I have never before held myself to. And yes, mood and energy! And sleeping! Everything everyone always said and I never believed!

Do I need ICU experience to work in the PACU?? I’ve been a nurse for 3 years in stepdown units, and I want to make the switch to the PACU. Having a hard time with deciding to partake in social distance hangouts with friends. On the one hand we want to do our part in preventing the spread but at the same time weighing risks. We’re seeing many of our friends “responsibly hangout” and to be honest getting some FOMO. With so many things opening up, can’t help feeling I’m being too conservative by staying home.

I feel like the fertility process is pulling my hubs and I apart. We’re both not great at communication, but I feel like this stressful process just is not bringing us together at all. Shall I send my daughter (almost 5) back to PreK/childcare center in 2 weeks when they open after thanksgiving after shutting down preemptively due to a teacher and 2 parents getting covid? My work is accommodating with my partners and my working varying hours, however, I do not forsee that ongoing much as things get busy and my daughter can’t just watch tv all day until the vaccine comes out and the population is adequately inoculated.

Hi. I am a Transition teacher in California. I would like to know what is the ratio of students to staff for community outings in your districts? I have been teaching in my district for 20+ years and it has always been 4:1 ratio for our moderate/severe transition classes. Now our director is saying it's 6:1 and I don't feel like this is safe for our students.
