For EB1C application, is the criteria that one is M outside US for 1 continous year or cumulative over 3 years. I am relocating within my company to US on L1A visa and have been in India for 24 months in last 30 months. Remaining 6 months i was in US on temporary short term deployments. So now even though with cumulative 2 yrs in India, i have never been actually in India for straight 12 months. Will appreciate opinion on this.
