Is anyone currently in a low stress, decent paying role (75k-100k), where deliverables don’t have fast turnarounds and the company has great WLB? I value time/activities outside of work more than being a high performer.
I still want to do my job but I also don’t want to feel like my job is my entire life. I’m finding that most digital marketers are overworked these days and the workload in the industry is zapping out my joy for marketing.

I know people say that industry has slower promotions. It's my biggest fear, to be stuck in a role with no progression.
Would love to hear your advice on the following:

- When did you know you had to leave for a new role?

How different is litigating in-house vs. in private practice? I’m tired of litigating in private practice and am contemplating a move to an in-house litigation role with a public university—but the pay will definitely be less, so I don’t want to make the switch if it is going to just be the same hamster wheel. Any one made the jump and have thoughts/advice?

Deloitte GPS people - have you all adopted a new hiring process? I started the hiring process back in March, successfully completing my interviews early Feb. My recruiter reached out 2 weeks ago saying they wanted to extend an offer but needed to go through a new process.
