After my first HR round the recruiter decided to speak with seniors and find out if they will consider me for a senior position. (This took 2 weeks)

I had two technical round, at the end of the second round I was told that someone else also needs to also take your interview. (This tools 3 weeks)

I think my skills are transferable but think I’m too used to working in the weeds.

I was offered a promotion but due to internal policies the max comp they could offer was way under market value. I countered and was denied. I took time to think about it, being disappointed I applied for other jobs. Monday came and I decided to accept the offer. A week before starting my new position I got a call for one of the jobs I applied for. I am now going through to the last round of interviews the same week I start my new position. Would it be bad practice to accept another offer now?

Why Interviewer want to insult candidate rather respect them ? Why 99% interviewer ask candidate about Pluto. I mean ask something which has no relation with application, project.
