I'm currently working with Capgemini at C1 level. I have an offer from TCS of 20L(with variable) and I have asked for permanent onshore to CG for retention. CG is trying to get me in the onsite project and now they have offered me 18.5L(with variable) and 1.5L retention bonus with C2 promotion.
Can you please tell your thoughts on this?

I see people in here don’t know how to give helpful advice at all. I’ve made the decision to just put my foot out of the door. I’ve voiced my concerns to the program manager. They were ignored. I think I’m willing to take a pay cut to get my life back. I work 100-125hrs a week I also work 7 days a week. The hours aren’t the issue. I’ve done it before it’s the fact that I miss having my weekend nights off. It’s a drain mentally . So here I begin a new job search .

Currently working with a large federal contractor (think along the lines of Leidos, Del, Booz). What are some growing pains I should expect working for a small to medium sized boutique firm focusing on cyber and cloud?
