Hi pls can anyone calculate my in-hand salary
HR called me on Friday that offer will be released soon mostly Monday next week. When I check IBM portal it shows this status for my job ID, No Longer Under Consideration.
Before 1 month she asked me to apply another job id then what I have done previously. But now both are having same status. Is it normal should I still expect offer? IBM

Is it worth doing OT for just time and a half?
Any LVN hospice nurse here? 🥺
New job opportunity would open up so many doors for you. I would go for it.
I agree, I think it's worth doing for a bit. No one says you gotta stay forever!
What's important to you in terms of your career? WLB, career growth, pay? I would look at what opportunities you have at the prison and what opportunities you could have at the ICU and go from there. At the end of the day, you should do what's best for you!
You are going to miss the pay. ICU/CCU is going to come with twice as many cons as well. Unless you really want to, I wouldn't recommend making that move.
There are definitely pros and cons to both, but I think it sounds like you may already have your answer. You seem overall happy where you currently are. Is it really worth rocking the boat? Just saying....the grass isn't always greener...
