Is it normal for an external recruiter to offer you a “gift” bonus for accepting an offer within a certain amount of time? The firm has a great reputation and the attorneys were all normal, but this recruiter is SO pushy.

I am curious. What do you pay your registered CSA/CA/assistant? Do you pay a % of revenue or a flat amount monthly? Do you bonus too? What’s a good % of revenue for them to work towards getting, 1%, 2%? Do you even know what they get paid by the firm?
I have heard many mixed things, so I’m truly curious what has worked for others.
Hi all. I’m currently interviewing for a FTE senior program manager role at Amazon and would like some input on what I should ask for in salary. I have 5 years of tech experience and 15+ years non-tech professional experience (marketing, pr, etc) - TOC for last role was $105K as a CW. Thanks!
What are your benefits for outpatient mental health? I’m starting therapy and my PPO has a $5k deductible for it ($0 for physical health). 80% coinsurance after deductible.
Have offer from a financial services company. Amazing $, benefits etc. BUT they laid off a HUGE chunk of people (30% of company) early this year.... is this typically a cause for concern moving fwd?

Anything else that I should be doing? This is not a brag post. I just want to make sure I’m maximizing everything I can. For context, I’m a 25 M, 110 base
- Maxing out Roth IRA (~20k balance atm)
- Maxing out 401k (~18k balance atm)
- Maxing out HSA
- 45k in HYSA as emergency fund (I can probably reallocate 20k to the market but waiting for the market to drop a little)
- 18k in the market
- Keep enough money in my primary checking account for rent, groceries, etc.
Help me choose between these offers:
€105k TC corp strat SM at a DAX company in Germany in a LCOL but nice city. €7.5k signing bonus + relocation. Culture is pretty good, pay should go up to €130k+ within a couple of years.
$200k base M at B4 in Chicago. The culture is the culture. $25k signing bonus.
Long-term, I'd rather live in Germany, but I have a personal network in Chicago from business school so either is fine in the short-term. Thanks for your input.
How’s the compensation change if the company recently went public. Interviewed pre ipo and was told it was 115k plus 60k of stock. Now the company is public and I see the same role, will compensation be similar?
