I’m having a bad experience at a mid-market firm (RSM/BDO/GT) and want to pivot into B4. I’ve been at my firm for ~6 months and received offers from B4 when recruiting on campus cont.

Best to go through a referral. Alternately, reach out to the recruiter and have a conversation. Be honest that your experience hasn't been fulfilling and that you would like to come over. Be humble and own the fact that you passed on them and are learning this the hard way. Shows you are willing to accept mistakes and learn (not that I mean it was one to the mid market companies). It is important to give that appearance at the very least. Big 4s always need people and if you were a fit once, you can be once more. Good luck!
