CTS is a good company although it's job security is always in some questions but it is same in all IT companies expect 2-3
Attrition rate is very high of CTS so, I don't think there should be much worry about job security.
I don’t think u need to worry much, most of them complain about CTS but thy still stay. They never move out. CTS is more of a comfort zone for many, but still they bitch about it for no reason. But it has treated me well so far. I have been with this org almost 7+ yrs. I agree, Few downsides are there, hike and promotions are very slow. But if you want to learn and grow, this is a good platform.

I will tell you, I had the same problem when I was about to join CTS, CTS is genuinely good company provided decent hike even for the people who joined this year March. They have a very good technology project. Now if your worry about Job security then I beleive after TCS every other companies are in the same line. Cheers

CTS just have change their hike month from oct to April so some good changes are happening in CTS.no service based company will assure you job security.

Yes that's what if one is looking for job security then leave the IT industry and start preparing for Govt job

Attrition rate at its peak so overload of work to existing resources , 10hour work, people in leadership role working on fun Friday's instead of trying to bring in projects and the list goes on. Watever positive u r seeing now like high hike for laterals, changing hike cycle are short term tactics to retain people. Dec will tell how many projects are gonna get closed. Am not scaring u but Think & decide. 😊
