Is the MI role worth delaying transition to industry? Current exit drivers - dissatisfaction of work/project selection (industry focus and topics), updated leadership direction/strategy, total disregard for boundaries (esp bad since WFH). TIA

I’ve been a search manager for 8 years. What kind of role can I take on at a place like Google etc ? I am trying to figure out what’s next for me. I’ve considered client side, a lot marketing director roles that I think could be a good fit but I feel lost. I am tired of no upward movement in my career.

Is it worth being leveled down to join FAANG? currently an SFA on a path to manager in another 12-18 months at mid tier F500. Worth it to be down leveled to FA level (financial analyst) to have Meta, Amazon Etc on your resume?

Any good tips on how to practice case leadership for candidate led cases? I struggle with hypothesizing the next step in a logical way for some cases when giving little direction.

I have been practicing cases for a while. Might have done cases close to 20- 25 of different difficulties and topics. Mostly practiced with my roommate but we are both novice.
