I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

I was laid off during Deloitte‘s mass layoff in July of last year. I have worked as an independent contractor since and projects haven’t been consistent at the client I’m working for. I’m looking to get back into a big firm and was seeing if anyone would be able to refer me or help get my foot in the door. I was a business analyst for 1.5 years at Deloitte and have several years of additional experience which I’d be more than happy to share.

Premed but dropped it.
No one will care about the minor. They probably won't even care about the major since your non a top undergrad. Play all the angles you can to get into the best MBA you can. Look into Consortium for MBA apps where possible.
Play it but be subtle. Position it as I want to share my heritage in a positive way. I played it too obviously and now have to reapply. "My parents are hardworking immigrants" is better than "I am Hispanic, so take me."
