I’m in a dilemma. I was temporarily laid off with the plan to be rehired when work picks up. A lawyer told me I’m owed 20 hours of unpaid wages and two weeks’ notice pay. I was warned that pushing back could end my relationship with the company, so I’m unsure whether to pursue the pay or let it go in hopes of being rehired. I also wasn’t fully happy with the job.

Had an interview for an associate position at Citi. Interviewee was based in London and I’m in NYC. The only interview time that worked was 6am. I was barely functioning and feel like I truly messed up in my answers because I couldn’t not think clearly. I have another with the head of the division next week again at 6am (pre determined before this interview). It was also hard because the division’s core work is private enough that there was not much prep I could do beforehand. Tips?

My friend have cleared Tata Elxsi interview 5 months back and received her offer letter. Still now she haven’t recvd a joining letter. Couple of other friends are also facing similar issue.
Does anyone have any update on this?
Tried mailing to the HR and to their help desk. No response.
Its really disappointing. Even if they are not able to onboard candidates now, the least they can do is aknowledge and respond to the queries.
Hope someone can give more insight onto this issue.
