Anyone have luck interviewing with Salesforce? I’ve applied 2x and just get the auto rejection. For context, I’m a finance EA, 10+ years experience, masters degree. I’ve even had an employee referral and I don’t get to speak with a recruiter. Wondering if it’s worth doing some training on Trailblazer or any other tips people may have to get noticed. Salesforce

I’m interviewing for a non-technical, mid-senior level role at Stripe. I know culture is really important to them. To that point, I have a half-dozen or so friends that work there, and I’m wondering how it would be perceived if I asked them to formally or informally advocate to the hiring team on my behalf? I know efforts like this can rub people the wrong way, so I just wanna be careful before deploying them. Anyone who works there or knows them able to comment on this?

I would suggest reading the benefits offered by the company as some do offer professional growth reimbursement. Of course, they would have to be in line with your career. This would be a question for the recruiter you are speaking to not in an interview with the hiring manager.
