I’m in an industry where many people get certifications but I don’t have any. I have a strong resume and some great experience but not having these certifications are hurting me right now. And being currently unemployed can’t afford them on my own. Is there a way to communicate my wish to get many certs in my first year of employment?

Does one just blurt it out during each interview round or is there a savvy way to create a section mentioning it on your resume?

How should one apply for onsite jobs (preferably UK) ? Wherever I apply , I get rejected because I mark the field as YES for "I will need Visa sponsorship".

I gave an interview at JPMC Mumbai a month back but haven't received any feedback from the HR. Followed up with the HR through mail and yet haven't received any update. On their careers site the status of my application shows your activity is under submission. Should I wait for the response or assume I didn't make it through?

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

I have an interview with the hiring manager towards the end of the work day today and I’m SO NERVOUS! And I don’t think I’ll be able to focus on my current job’s work until then. After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

Very lean team with very little support.
