Why, if I may I ask? :)

Depending on your city, base in the general range of $175K-$200K, annual performance bonus of 0-25% (depends on your rating/tier). Not really sure of sign-on, but maybe $20k-$30k?

like

Very high probability of 5-10%

like

Tiered performance - ballpark estimates on bonus: top 10% probably get 25%, next 20% get 15%, 40% - 50% get 10% and the rest get nothing

like

205 base. Direct hire in 2019. 70 30 split. TC is $270.

Tier 1 bonus can be up to 29%, but I wouldn’t expect it coming out of gate as SM. More like 5-10 first year unless you are a rock star. The issue is it isn’t just the partner(s) you work with directly making the decision. So without being a known quality,ie performed well across multiple partner projects or brought in some medium tier clients, at CRT you may not be well known and therefore tiered against at better known candidates lower.

What is TC?

Could someone please provide insight into this role.

Imagine for a moment that all strategic consulting firms in the region would have consultants work no later than 9pm. Do you think the quality of the output would decrease? Or maybe the pricing the client is willing to pay would be lower? Or perhaps nothing would happen? I am thinking whether we work long hours because it’s by now part of work approach and culture or because we need to. (Personal experience: in London for my same firm I used to work much less and the output was great…)

Any pointers for someone who struggles to speak up during meetings? When I do speak, I’m confident, clear, and direct, but finding that I’m very self-conscious about speaking up or providing my perspective during workshops or brainstorms with the client, for fear of being wrong or being judged. I’ve received some feedback about it lately, so wondering if you 🐠 had any advice

This fight has gotten real! I’ve been offered a job, advertised as remote, but they want to have a blended program with teachers on campus. Small school, 10-15 to a class... maybe, masks ( I’ll have to ask if they’re mandatory), distancing and a continuous cleaning staff. Sounds great but I’m 62 with 5 underlying conditions!
