I was told the third interview is the last and final interview before an offer is extended. Has anyone ever made it to the their final interview and not been offered the job? One of them is less than 100 member services agency. Now with the recession looming, looking for collective wisdom

- Do agencies survive, thrive or crash and burn during recession?
- list of Things you need to ask before joining these companies? E.g. Revenue source, revenue last year, pipeline, total employees, etc.
- does organization structure matter? Do I need to know the evolution of this.

Anyone have a good resume template to emphasize strategy experience or suggestions how to do so?
