I had a salary discussion with HR from Barclays , according to the break up we discussed it’s only HRA , basics and flexi benefits and employer contribution to PF and gratuity taken care by Barclays. Does it mean the salary would be HRA + basic + flexi benefits / 12 ?
No other deductions? Not even Employee PF contribution?Barclays Barclays

Hey fellow social media fishes! A recruiter reached out to me for a social media strategist role at OnePlus in Dallas, however I’m not looking to move.
I told her I knew some qualified people she gave me the Job description: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/1918378739
She also said if any qualified applicants are interested they can message her directly:

Sounds like I should have gone the Project Management route
If you are making $90K as a 25 year old PM, I would instead recommend going down the entrepreneurship route and starting a project management firm and outsource PMs to other companies. Your rate will scale more and it is more fulfilling.
WPP is pretty good with internal transfers. You should search within the network to see what you might find. Then when you get to LA or SF see how it goes.
LA will pay less than SF and NY
SF will not necessarily pay you better than NY
Sounds though that you have a good foundation and role that is transferable. Good luck!
Out of curiosity, OP, how many years of experience for that price?
2.5 years - I negotiate hard.
