I'm in shock. I switched jobs less than a year ago, and just got my 3rd pay bump (almost doubling my TC in that time). I feel extremely lucky, but it's driving significant imposter syndrome.

Are other companies making this many market adjustments? Is this normal now?

I do marketing consulting at a startup firm and I'm the senior director of my department, at our company there's nobody above me aside from the 2 MPs.

Recently I was appointed CMO for one of our clients who is going through multiple mergers and acquisitions. On top of this I manage our entire marketing department, am the sole person responsible for media buying and brand strategy and the list pretty much goes on forever.
