What is risk consulting? IA?

Grant Thornton and EisnerAmper should be expanding their in south Florida in the near future.

Do you mean actual strategic risk consulting? Or do you mean risk assurance/advisory aka controls testing and IT audit

Been since May 23rd that I’ve completed my background check. Called the 3rd party company and they said the background check has been sent to the hiring company for review as of last Friday. Should I wait another day before following up with my recruiter about the status of the background check? I don’t suspect there to be any crazy thing, but I’m just anxious. I’ve just never had a background check take at or over a week. Advice?

Do you think it's worth going through interviews and trying to negotiate working from home?

Hi all. I have always wanted to do forensic accounting. I'm an international student and will need sponsorship. Do you know of any firm that sponsors and is hiring?

Bit of my background: I have 10 months of experience in audit with Deloitte. I had great performance evaluations from the team I worked with and can get rec letters if those matter at all. I left because my work visa expired.

Thanks in advance!

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!
