I’m in the initial negotiation for an offer and the recruiter presented me the first numbers. How should I interpret the “50k$ per year” in stocks? It means that every year I will have 50k$ vested stocks and potentially can sell them all or it will be just the 25% (or whatever fraction) of that number?
